Return Policy

Xgarage only deals with genuine first-party products. All the products purchased from us either comes directly from the respective brand or from a brand verified vendor.

Xgarage would always like to serve the customers in any transactions and believes in helping its customers as far as possible. That is why we have a very liberal return and cancellation policies.

What if I received a product with a manufacturing defect?

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our trust guarantee. If there are any manufacturing defect and information given within 12 hrs of the product received, we will cheerfully issue product replacement after verification of the issue with our expert team.

As Xgarage would like to stand by the customer in all cases, we would also help you with the manufacturer warranty if the product was found to be not working within the first 7 days. You may also directly approach a brand service centre if the product adheres to the terms of the manufacturer warranty of the individual brands.

The product is not as depicted on the website or the model number advertised is incorrect. What can be done?

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service and the sales team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Returns would not be available in the following cases.

  • We do not accept returns in case of a wrong selection made by the customer and the same is informed to us only after shipping the products.
  • Physical damage/ mishandling of products/ Tampering of warranty stickers – do not cover warranty. All products sold by us require technically qualified PC hardware engineer for installation.

The products would be shipped via trusted national providers like FedEx, DHL, etc. So, any mishandling or physical damage during transit is highly unlikely. However, in such a rare incident, we will need to take up the case with the delivery partner. That said, Xgarage would always like to stand by our customers and would make the entire process easier. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests have to be made in the first 12 hours of placing an order. If we have not communicated the order with the associated brand/vendor, we would initiate a refund immediately. The refund amount should be credited to your source of the payment in the next 5 business days.

If the order is already communicated with the brand/verified vendor, it would be difficult for us to do a cancellation. Please note that the product cancellation would be based only on the discretion of Xgarage sales’ team.

Cancellation would not be available in the following cases.

  • Products ordered under same day/2 day delivery.
  • Products automatically upgraded to same day/2 day delivery based on the shipping location.
  • Merchandise sold on special occasions and sale days like Christmas, Diwali, Black Friday sales, etc.
  • Preordered Products.
  • Products imported by us upon special request from the customer.
